1. Who we are

“Goodly” (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital learning products: online courses, e-books, Power BI templates, and a subscription community called Goodly Insider.

2. What we offer

We sell digital products and services on this website. We do not sell or ship physical products directly. Printed books purchased via Amazon, Flipkart, or other third-party sellers are governed by that seller’s terms.

3. Accounts and access

  • You need an account to access purchases. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
  • Course access duration is mentioned on the respective sales page and at checkout.
  • Goodly Insider access is available while your subscription is active. Subscription terms and pricing are shown on the sales page and at checkout.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect misuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms.

4. Licence and acceptable use

  • Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence for your own learning and internal use.
  • Do not share logins, resell or redistribute content, download in bulk, or post lessons/files publicly.
  • Power BI templates are licensed for the user or team stated on the sales page. They may not be resold or distributed.

5. Payments, pricing, and taxes

  • We accept cards, UPI, net-banking, and EMI via Razorpay, and cards and wallets via Stripe.
  • Prices are shown at checkout. Taxes apply where required. Invoices are emailed after a successful payment.
  • Currency conversion, bank charges, and EMI interest are set by your bank or payment provider.
  • If a payment fails or is later reversed, we may pause access until the issue is resolved.

6. Courses and Goodly Insider subscriptions

  • Course access duration is mentioned on the sales page and at checkout.
  • Goodly Insider subscription terms (including price and renewal details) are shown on the sales page and at checkout.
  • We may change pricing for new terms. You will be notified before a renewal if the price changes.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Our full rules are in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Summary:

  • Refundable products:
    • Courses: refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. The access period is mentioned on the sales page.
    • Goodly Insider: refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase only. After the first 30 days, the amount paid is not refundable. You may cancel any time; no refund will be issued after the first 30 days, and your access will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Non-refundable products:
    • E-books (PDF): non-refundable after purchase.
    • Power BI templates: non-refundable after purchase.
  • Other notes: EMI refunds follow your issuing bank’s timelines. Any bank interest or charges already applied may not be refundable. Please contact [email protected] for any billing or access issue before raising a chargeback.

8. Delivery

  • All items sold here are delivered online.
  • Physical books bought via third-party sellers are covered by that seller’s shipping, return, and refund policies.

9. Intellectual property

  • All content, software, templates, text, images, videos, trademarks, and logos are owned by Goodly or its licensors.
  • You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or share our content in any form.
  • If we find that you are doing so, we may immediately remove your access, and we reserve the right to take legal action to protect our rights.

10. Third-party services and links

  • We use providers such as Razorpay, Stripe, our course/community platform, and email services. Their terms and privacy policies apply.
  • External links may appear on our site. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

11. No professional advice

Our content is for education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice.

12. Service changes and availability

We may update, add, or remove features. Services may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

13. Warranties and disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee outcomes such as a job offer, promotion, or business result.

14. Limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service in the 12 months before the claim.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.

16. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top.

18. Termination

  • You may cancel your account or stop using the services at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the services.
  • Clauses that should survive termination will survive, including licence limits, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

21. General

  • If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • You cannot assign your rights without our consent. We may assign it to an affiliate or as part of a restructuring.
  • These terms and the referenced policies form the entire agreement between you and Goodly.
