Refundable Products

  • Courses
    Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within this time frame.
    Note: The course access period is mentioned on the respective sales page.
  • Goodly Insider (community subscription)
    Refunds are available within 30 days of the initial purchase only.
    After the first 30 days, the amount paid is not refundable.
    You may still cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued. Your access will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Non-Refundable Products

  • E-books (PDF)
    These are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Power BI Templates
    These are non-refundable after purchase.
  • Physical Books (Amazon, Flipkart or other sellers)
    Printed books purchased through third-party sellers are covered by the seller’s own return and refund policies. Goodly does not ship, replace, or refund these orders.

  • For billing or access issues, please contact [email protected]. We will either restore access or process a refund if applicable.
  • EMI refunds follow the timelines of your issuing bank. Any bank interest or charges already applied may not be refundable.

How Refunds Are Processed
