Extract First and Last Name in Power Query

Hola People!

Hope you have been awesome and 2021 is turning out to be far better than the last year. It been a while since the last DAX / Power Query Challenge. So here is another one !

Here is a Quick Video..

Consider these names

THE PROBLEM

• Any of the above names can have none or one or more middle name / initials (letters).
• Your challenge should you choose to accept is to get rid of all middle names / initials and extract the first and last name in a new column.

Once you’re done, here is how it should look like.

Rules

1. Solve this using Power Query.
2. Brownie Points are inversely related to the number of steps in your query 😉 i.e. keep it short.
